About the Job Role:
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Innovate design solutions tailored for diverse platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Cultivate a unified brand identity by crafting clean and minimalistic designs.
• Collaborate with project managers, effectively conveying ideas through polished mock-ups and look books.
• Architect the user journey by constructing sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to provide structural clarity.

Must-Have:
• Showcase a robust design portfolio reflecting adept problem-solving, seamless interaction, and compelling visual design skills.
• Elevate your craft with advanced designing and illustration prowess.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like Adobe Illustrator, AdobeXD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, or Figma.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end design process – from ideation to final production.
• Exhibit strong communication, design, and creative thinking skills.
• Love for Pizza and Chai (Coffee will do too!)

Location: Remote or Bhopal office (the work arrangement will be decided based on your skills.)

Duration: 6 months

Initial Earnings: Up to ₹15,000/month stipend (depending on skills and availability), mentorship, experience to work on live projects with guidance  (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ
