About The Job Role:

If your programming fundamentals are strong, you enjoy solving problems, and you're excited to learn, we encourage you to apply, regardless of whether your background is in Java, Python, C++, or any other language.

The role will primarily involve building frontend experiences using modern MERN-stack technologies

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

• Building and shipping features for a production SaaS platform used by real businesses
• Converting product requirements into thoughtful technical solutions
• Working with APIs, data, and business logic to build meaningful functionality
• Collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to solve real-world problems
• Debugging issues, improving performance, and taking ownership of features from idea to production

Must Have:

• Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
• Familiarity with at least one programming language serving frontend.
• Curiosity to learn new technologies and understand how software systems work
• Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to take initiative
• Love for Pizza and Chai (Coffee will do too!)

Duration: 12 months

Location: In-office (Bhopal, MP)

Initial Earnings: Up to ₹30,000/month stipend, mentorship
