What You'll Be Doing

As a Sales & Operations Intern, you'll work closely with the team to support sales efforts, streamline operations, and ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes.

• Reach out to leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels

• Coordinate with colleges, partners, and potential customers

• Maintain CRM records and keep sales data organized

• Schedule meetings, follow up with prospects, and assist the sales pipeline

• Help delivering projects and manage internal communication

• Help improve internal processes and operational workflows using AI and human gray matter

• Take ownership of day-to-day tasks that help the team move faster

Must Have

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Confidence in speaking with new people and building relationships

• Good organizational and time management skills

• A proactive attitude, you don't wait to be told what to do

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)

• Curiosity to learn about SaaS, sales, and business operations

• Love for Pizza and Chai (Coffee works too ☕)

Location: Strictly in-office role based in Bhopal

Duration: 12 months

Initial Earnings: Up to ₹30,000/month stipend (based on skills & availability) + mentorship + hands-on experience working on real sales and operational challenges.
