What Youāll Be Doing:
As a Marketing Operations Intern, youāll sit at the core of growthāwhere strategy meets execution. From campaigns to conversations, youāll help us bring users, partners, and opportunities in.
š§ Managing and optimizing communication across channels (email, social, campaigns)
š Running outreach: identifying leads, reaching out to colleges/partners/users, and starting meaningful conversations
š Assisting in campaign execution, tracking performance, and improving funnels
š» Supporting content, landing pages, and website updates on Levo
š§ Working on growth experimentsātesting outreach angles, messaging, and channels
š ļø Taking on diverse marketing + ops tasks as we grow
š Anything that helps us growāfaster, smarter, and more consistently
Must Have:
Strong communication skills: Outreach is thinking + expression. If you canāt make someone care, nothing else matters
A self-starter: You donāt wait for leadsāyou go find them
Confidence in outreach: Youāre comfortable starting conversations with strangers (and handling rejection)
A problem solver: Low replies? You tweak messaging. Bad funnel? You fix it
A multitasker: Campaigns, content, outreachāyou can handle all without chaos
A team player: You collaborate, share insights, and improve systems together
A growth mindset: Curiosity for marketing, SaaS, and what actually drives results
Love for Pizza and Chai (Coffee works too ā)
Location: Strictly in-office role based in Bhopal
Duration: 4ā6 months
