About The Job Role:

If you enjoy bringing people together, organizing events, creating engaging content, and helping communities grow, we'd love to hear from you. Whether you've managed a college club, built an online community, or are simply passionate about connecting people, this role is for you.

The role will primarily involve building and growing a thriving community of students, creators, founders, and professionals around our products and initiatives.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

• Planning and executing online and offline community initiatives, events, and workshops
• Engaging with community members across Discord, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Creating content that educates, inspires, and keeps the community active
• Building relationships with student ambassadors, creators, speakers, and partners
• Gathering community feedback and working closely with the product, marketing, and design teams to improve the overall experience
• Helping members succeed by connecting them with the right resources, opportunities, and people

Must Have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic experience with Canva, After Effects, and other editing tools
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Curiosity to learn about startups, AI, marketing, and internet businesses
• Ability to take ownership and execute ideas independently
• Comfortable speaking with new people and building meaningful relationships
• A proactive mindset with attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile
• Love for Pizza and Chai (Coffee will do too!)

Duration: 4 months

Location: Remote

Initial Earnings: Up to ₹15,000/month stipend, mentorship
